Our History

The school was founded in January 1993.  The School has been a ministry of the “Igreja Reformarda em Mocambique” since July 1993.  The constitution of the school is Christian based, i.e. Christian Values and morals are the norm.  The aims of the school are to provide education of a high standard, to create opportunity for the youth of Mozambique and to help build an ethical, honest, diligent and dedicated community, based on the principle of Jesus Christ.  English is the medium of instruction and the School follows the IEB curriculum which is of South African origin.  Students write the South African National Senior Certificate at the end of Grade 12.  It is benchmarked against the Scottish Higher Grade Certificate and our students can enter tertiary study anywhere in South Africa or abroad.

Our Mission

It is to glorify God through the training and nurturing of students in their spiritual, academic, physical, emotional and social development.  This is achieved through a Christ-centered education.  God’s character imparts wisdom, knowledge and love, helping our school community to develop a world view that will impact lives.

Our Vision

To be grounded in God’s word and to challenge the students to achieve academic excellence as they prepare to use their talents and abilities effectively to follow God’s plan for their lives.
